Our Technical team (civil) will be going to site this week to have this report verified and confirm the progressive status for further actions against the current contract.
The Solar Project has progressed to about 22% from Reports (Inspection Report No.2) received by our Technical team. However, there are a few technical issues which will require confirmation by our team and the contractor this week.
Our Agaun Roads Maintenance Project (MPA) team is expected to travel by this week to site.
The Bwanabwana LLG Chamber Building project is now under WSU Building Team after the external contract was terminated earlier this month. Our Building team will be organizing for the PCEs to travel to site this week.

Our Procurement team will confirm the updates with our Building team to progress this project as soon as practical.
Other AAP Projects/Programs that are yet to progress and actioned per the Q1 & QTR 2 APs will be coordinated and implemented between this week and next week. All team leaders will be submitting documentations to the Manager's office for action accordingly.

Education Projects: Tagula Junior High School Project is continuing this year with installation of Water Tanks (Sanitation Utilities) and the Student Messing Hall.
Any other program updates that are not being deliberated upon above but are considered important by our staff can be raised to the Manager's Office for future updates.
All staff are to adhere to your respective delegated tasks for the week. Any officer who is not sure on what to do is to seek directions from your immediate supervisors.
